Pound - Fit 4:8 Women's Exercise Class

Fit4:8 is a free Pound women’s exercise class using weighted drumsticks and clean music led by Pound-certified Wendy Elliott.

Exercise using weighted drumsticks, squats and lunges for an all over body workout to clean music and some Christian music.

All ages can participate– Start where you feel comfortable along the movement spectrum and as you grow stronger, you increase your ability from slight knee bends to deep squats and lunges. 

Open to women, junior & senior high girls, as well as younger children if the mother is in attendance, and open to the public community.

*an exercise mat (or beach towel if you don’t have one)
*water bottle.

*tank tops and t-shirts,
*shorts and yoga leggings or sweats,
*athletic shoes.

For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.

CBC Mom Link – our name says it all. It is the desire of CBC Mom Link to bring together women who are journeying through motherhood with children aged birth through pre-k.

CBC Mom Link is here for you! Being a mom is beautiful and hard and we get that sometimes you just need a place to find encouragement and fellowship, which is why CBC Mom Link connects moms to a community of women, in their own neighborhoods, who meet together to laugh, cry, and embrace the journey of motherhood.

CBC Mom Link meets one Tuesday of each month from 9:30AM – 11:30AM in Room 101 of Cleburne Bible Church. We are always looking for new members! Childcare is provided at a small cost but space is limited so register soon!
