Students Ministry

You’re Invited!

The teenage years can be a challenging season in life.

We’re here for you! The Hub, Cleburne Bible Student Ministry would love to help by inviting you into a genuine relationship with Jesus, while building lasting friendships along the way.

We’d like to invite you to connect with us on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. We believe that making the decision to jump in at Cleburne Bible Church could be one of the best things you’ve ever done. We’re committed to you being known and accepted, taught about Jesus, and challenged to grow! If you have any questions please contact us.

Our Mission

At the Hub, Cleburne Bible Student Ministry, our purpose & passion is to be a place where every Junior High and High School student is known and accepted, taught about Jesus, and challenged to grow.

Matthew 28:19-20

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

1 Thessalonians 2:8

“Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well.”

Hebrews 13:7

“Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.”

2 Timothy 2:2

“You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.”

Our Weekly Program

from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM

Our Junior High and High School ministry (grades 6-12) meets every Sunday morning, during the first service at 9:00 am, for games, teaching, and group time.

from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM

During the second service, at 10:45 AM in the main auditorium, we sit together in “the student section” (front middle four rows) and worship together.

Our Junior High and High School ministry (grades 6-12) meet every Wednesday for fun, worship, teaching and small groups.

6:00 – 7:00 PM — Worship and Large group teaching time.

7:00 – 8:15 PM — Dinner and Small Group time

**The last Wednesday of each month is what we call Small Group Only Night (SGON). This is a time for small groups to meet outside of church, typically at a host home, restaurant, or park. During SGON there will be hangout time, Bible study, and prayer. Leaders will contact parents and students the week before SGON to inform them of their groups meeting plans.

***Check our social media pages for any potential changes in schedule and special events.

Our Environments

There are three environments for teenagers in our ministry. Each one is designed to strategically invite teenagers on a journey into a deeper relationship with Jesus, their peers and their leaders. Each environment is designed with every teenager in mind – the kid who has grown up in church and the first-time visitor too.

Throughout the year, we’ll host several big events designed to help teenagers connect with their peers and small group leaders. Events are often the environment where teenagers will walk into our ministry for the very first time.

Our weekly programs happen every single week. They’re designed to help teenagers grow in their faith through worship, teaching, and fellowship with others.

Small groups are the most important part of what we do. They happen every week in our programs, but the relationships built in small groups extend outside the walls of our church. They’re designed to connect every teenager with a consistent, trustworthy adult and community of their peers.

DNOW 2024

February 23 – 25, 2024

DNow (Disciple Now) is a weekend retreat/conference event for 6th-12th grade students. It is our biggest (some would say best) event of the year for students! The worship services and activities at DNow are designed with students in mind, and you’ll have a ton of fun building friendships, and making memories. Most importantly, this weekend will interrupt your busy, stressed out routine, and give you a chance to sit back and evaluate your relationships with God and with others.

DNow is a weekend you’ll never forget! Check out the recap from last year to see what DNow is all about!

Parental Consent

Parental consent is mandatory for any trips or special retreats. Typically, a specific consent form will be created for each event and posted with registration. The following PDF is a general consent form, if the specific one is not available.

If you are interested in trying out for the student ministry worship team please fill out the form HERE.
