Dean Elliot teaches from Job 20-21. Generally speaking, people do sow what they reap, and we can see the effects of a person’s choices in this lifetime. However, there are cases in which consequences for choices are not seen here on earth. It appears that a wicked person gets away with their wicked deeds, and bad things happen to good people. This portion of Job helps us understand that we can’t always see the whole picture. What’s wrong with this picture? We cannot see now what will happen after death, in eternity.
