WELCOME to Cleburne Bible Church. If you haven’t made a decision to trust Christ as your personal Savior, our hope and prayer for you is that you will make that decision. “And this is the testimony, that God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.” (1 John 5:11-12)

OFFERING BOXES – are located at the front and side entrances to the building and just inside each door to the worship center. Online giving is also available, as is text giving.  For the phone number and/or directions, please click HERE, or you may pick up directions at the Kiosk.

BAPTISM – Will take place again on Sunday, November 12. If you desire baptism at that time, please call the church office to schedule an appointment with one of the pastors.

MEMBERSHIP – Would you like to become a member of CBC? Do you desire to serve in one of the many areas of ministry offered by CBC? If so, then we invite you to sign up for Discovery Class, which will be required should you desire to serve. Discovery Class meets for four consecutive Sundays each month at 9:00 a.m. Sign up at the kiosk for the next available class sessions.


AWANA CLUB – This past Wednesday there were 138 kids in Club!!  This Wednesday is Clown Around Night!  Dress up like a clown and join in the fun!  We still need helpers – contact Jeremy (817-933-2978) or Vicki (817-980-9091) to volunteer.  To learn more about AWANA, visit the AWANA page.

CBC MOM LINK –  Mothers of children age birth through pre-k are invited to Mom Link THIS Tuesday, October 10, from 9:30-11:30 AM here in Room 101. Childcare will be provided for children 3 months – pre-k for a small fee. Space is limited so register HERE right away. Contact Leigh Smith at 817-648-4987 or if you have questions.

Student Ministries – THE HUB

NEXT SUNDAY – October 15, Dr. Mitch Glaser, president of Chosen People Ministries since 1997, will bring the morning message. Chosen People Ministries serves in 16 countries around the world and exists to pray for, evangelize and disciple Jewish people everywhere and to help others do the same.

OPEN GROUP – Come join us this evening at 6:00 PM in Room 101 and begin to CONNECT at CBC!

iSERVE MISSIONS OUTREACH – We need your help! Our next food bank outreach is Thursday, October 19, from 5:00-7:00 PM. We need YOUR help with distribution of groceries and praying for those who need prayer. Help plant the seed of Christ and watch God do His work! Come join us at 1521 E. Henderson Street and help us show His love.

AWANA AREA WIDE CONFERENCE – The conference will be held at CBC on Saturday, October 21, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and is being conducted by AWANA Area leadership. This event is for all AWANA leaders, helpers, volunteers and anyone who is considering becoming an AWANA volunteer in any way. Lunch will be provided.

THE 5TH ANNUAL GOD’S THANKSGIVING – is set for Sunday afternoon, November 12 here at CBC.  Next Sunday you will find under your chair in the Worship Center a grocery sack with a list of grocery items attached to it. Please take a sack and fill it with those items and return it to CBC by NOVEMBER 5. The groceries are given to those less fortunate who attend the dinner which is sponsored by iServe Missions and CBC. Sign up today in the Community Area to help provide desserts, then look for sign-ups next Sunday to help provide sides and also to help with the dinner.

PLEASE NOTE!! There are Halloween tracts available at the kiosk for those of you who would like to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with children who visit your home to “Trick or Treat.” There is a tract for younger kids and another for older kids. Please take them and share Jesus!!
