WELCOME to Cleburne Bible Church. If you haven’t made a decision to trust Christ as your personal Savior, our hope and prayer for you is that you will make that decision. “And this is the testimony, that God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.” (1 John 5:11-12)

OFFERING BOXES – are located at the front and side entrances to the building and just inside each door to the worship center. Online giving is also available, as is text giving.  For the phone number and/or directions, please click HERE, or you may pick up directions at the Kiosk.

BAPTISM – Will take place again on Sunday, June 11. If you desire baptism at that time, please call the church office to schedule an appointment with one of the pastors.

MEMBERSHIP – Would you like to become a member of CBC? Do you desire to serve in one of the many areas of ministry offered by CBC? If so, then we invite you to sign up for Discovery Class, which will be required should you desire to serve. Discovery Class meets for four consecutive Sundays each month at 9:00 a.m. Sign up at the kiosk for the next available class sessions.

Children

PINE COVE CAMP IN THE CITY – JULY 10-14, 2017 – Don’t let your kids miss out on Pine Cove Camp in the City at CBC, July 10-14! The cut-off date for registration is July 2, so get your kids registered TODAY! Kids who have just completed Kindergarten through completion of fifth grade will have a GREAT TIME learning more about God’s love and purpose for them while having FUN! PROMOTION SUNDAY – is July 30 for kids moving from one grade level to another. Kindergarteners into 1st, all the way up to 5th graders into 6th grade Youth, will take place on that Sunday.

Student Ministries

PRAY FOR THE TRIP – The Student Ministries high school group departed on a mission trip to Colorado this morning where they will be serving with the Center for Student Missions (CSM Denver). Please pray daily for the group of teens and leaders as they serve this week in Denver. Reminder: There is NO Student Ministries Sunday School today and there will be NO Student Ministries activities on Wednesday.

Adults

MEN – Men, our Wednesday evening Bible study will resume on June 14, meeting from 7:00-8:30 PM in Rooms 109-110. We will be doing a study of the Book of Proverbs. NO SIGN-UP REQUIRED – just show up with your Bible in hand. You will need your Bible for this study.

GUATEMALA MISSION TRIP – A big thank you to the CBC family for the 200 pounds of socks, underwear and school supplies you have given for the Treasures of Potters House Association Guatemala. Please pick up a prayer card at the kiosk and remember to pray for our mission team – names are listed on the card – as they serve in Guatemala June 9 – 17.

COMMUNITY GARDEN – Help is ALWAYS needed in the Community Garden. Please contact Barry McWilliams – thegarden@cleburnebible.org – about how and when YOU can help.

iSERVE MISSIONS – June 17 is the next iServe outreach and we need your help in ministering to the community by offering prayer and sharing groceries. Come be a part of CBC’s wonderful iServe team and let’s all be a blessing to others. Meet at the church at 9:30 AM to help unload the trailer, we will be finished by noon. See you here!

SAVE THE DATE of August 19 for 3G!!. This year Game, Guns and Glory will be held at The Depot in Cleburne and will feature former Navy Seal, Chad Williams, as well as many other events.
