WELCOME to Cleburne Bible Church. If you haven’t made a decision to trust Christ as your personal Savior, our hope and prayer for you is that you will make that decision. “And this is the testimony, that God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. OFFERING BOXES – are located at the front and side entrances to the building and just inside each door to the worship center. Online giving is also available, as is text giving. For the phone number and/or directions, please click HERE, or you may pick up directions at the Kiosk.
BAPTISM – Will take place again Sunday, July 14. If you desire baptism at that time, please call the church office to schedule an appointment with one of the pastors.
DISCOVERY CLASS – will introduce you to the mission, vision and values of CBC, as well as our history and the many ministries available to you. The class, which meets for 4 consecutive Sundays in Room 109 at 9:00 AM, is required for membership or if you desire to serve at CBC. If you are new here or have not been through the Discovery Class and would like to know more about CBC, sign up today at the kiosk and you will be added to the waiting list for the next available class sessions beginning in August.
PINE COVE – Plan to be here NEXT Sunday, July 7, for “early check-in” and to meet your child’s counselor between services. No long lines on Monday morning for those who can check in early! If you did not register your children by June 29 but want them to attend Camp in the City you will now need to register them over the phone with Pine Cove.
WATER PLAY DATE – Mark your calendar for July 2 for a Water Play Date at the home of Leigh Worthley from 10:00 AM – Noon hosted by Mom Link. Questions? Contact Lindsey Hines (email@example.com).
CAJUN COOK-OFF and POTLUCK PICNIC at CBC – July 4th, 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM – –
Ahhhhyeeeee!!! We’re gonna “pass a good time” at our church-wide fellowship potluck lunch on July 4th! Mark your calendars and bring your family! We are having a Cajun Cook-off potluck lunch, great music from the worship team, homemade ice cream, water balloon dodge ball and much more! Bring any outdoor games that you have. Bring lawn chairs (& extras if you have them) and serving spoons/forks/salad tongs! It will take a village to pull this off! There are sign-ups in the Community Area by the Missions Wall for food, drinks and volunteering. All you adventurous cooks out there – try something new and enter the Cajun Cook-off! You can bring etouffee, jambalaya, gumbo, shrimp and grits, po’ boys,….. For those not bold enough to enter the contest, there are lots of sides and desserts to bring, so be sure to sign up!

MOM’S NIGHT OUT Hosted by Mom Link – Moms with one or more children ages preschool and younger are invited to a Mom’s Night Out at Breck & Co in downtown Cleburne on Tuesday, July 16 at 6:30 PM. Participants can choose between making a terrarium or a succulent planter. Cost is $35 per person. To participate, you MUST email Lindsey Hines at firstname.lastname@example.org with your choice of projects BEFORE July 1.
CBC/iSERVE HOSPITALITY TENT NEEDS VOLUNTEERS!! There will be a hospitality tent again this year for the Goatneck 100 Bike Ride on July 27 where we will serve water, fruit, etc. Volunteers are needed for the following shifts: 6:00-9:00 AM, 9:00 AM-Noon; and Noon-3:00 PM. A sign-up booth will be open NEXT SUNDAY, July 7, for those who can and will volunteer to help with this ministry to the bikers and spectators.
