Scripture: Matthew 4:1-11

WELCOME to Cleburne Bible Church. If you haven’t made a decision to trust Christ as your personal Savior, our hope and prayer for you is that you will make that decision. “And this is the testimony, that God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.” (1 John 5:11-12)

OFFERING BOXES – are located at the front and side entrances to the building and just inside each door to the worship center. Online giving is also available, as is text giving.  For the phone number and/or directions, please click HERE, or you may pick up directions at the Kiosk.

BAPTISM – Will take place again on Sunday, February 11. If you desire baptism at that time, please call the church office to schedule an appointment with one of the pastors.

MEMBERSHIP – Would you like to become a member of CBC? Do you desire to serve in one of the many areas of ministry offered by CBC? If so, then we invite you to sign up for Discovery Class, which will be required should you desire to serve. Discovery Class meets for four consecutive Sundays each month at 9:00 a.m. Sign up at the kiosk for the next available class sessions.  NOTE: Discovery will not begin new sessions until January.


SCIENCE DAY – Save the date for “Science Day!”  We will need many hands and hearts to commit to helping at Marti Elementary on Friday, April 20 and at CBC on Saturday, April 21! The opportunity is expanding somewhat so get ready to serve.  More info coming soon!

Student Ministries: THE HUB

Coming up at The Hub:

*Bake Sale & Brunch Fundraiser: Sunday, February 25 – between worship services. Proceeds will help with expenses for Student Ministry events/trips.

*Rooted: High School & Junior High weekend retreat, March 2-4

*Spring Break Mission Trip: for High School, March 10-15


BABY BOTTLES – NOTICE! All baby bottles are due SUNDAY. Money collected from the bottles helps support the ministry of the Cleburne Pregnancy Center.

OPEN GROUP – is for everyone. If you are not already involved in a small group, then join US this evening at 6:00 PM in Room 101. This is a great way to meet people and get connected at CBC! Everyone is welcome.

YOUNG ADULTS – Attention young adults age 18 – 30!! You are invited to join us at the home of Kevin and Bethany Sale, 1606 Hemphill Drive THIS Tuesday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM. We meet each Tuesday at the Sale home, and on the last Tuesday of each month we travel to The Porch at Watermark Church in Dallas. Questions?  Contact

SISTERS in SPIRIT VALENTINE CELEBRATION – All ladies are invited to join us at 6:30 PM THIS Thursday, February 8, in Room 101 for a Valentine Celebration. Bring finger foods or $2. Come be blessed and be a blessing!

NGN GROUNDBREAKING – Mark your calendar and don’t miss this exciting event!! Join us NEXT Sunday, February 11, after the second worship service for the official “Groundbreaking” for the building of the Next Generation Now children’s wing! It’s happening! Plan to stay for a brief celebration!

iSERVE MISSIONS OUTREACH – Mark your calendars for this outreach on February 15, 4:30 PM. We need your help in sharing God’s love! We will serve others by handing out groceries, praying for their needs and sharing the Gospel. Come join us at Harvesting International, 1521 E. Henderson Street in Cleburne. If you don’t get off work until 5:00, come on and join us! See you there!

CLEBURNE PREGNANCY CENTER GALA- Mark you calendar for March 9 to celebrate the Thirtieth Anniversary of the Cleburne Pregnancy Center! Enjoy dinner and entertainment featuring world renowned comedian Anita Renfro as we celebrate the hearts that have been transformed and the lives that have been saved through this vital ministry in our community. The SPRING GALA presents the opportunity to stand together to affirm and promote a culture of life in our community. You are invited to partner with the CPC for this event. On the kiosk in the Community Area you will find flyers with more info and an opportunity to make a commitment to support the Center.

CARD AND FLOWER MINISTRY – There is a need for a back-up person or persons to fill in when our card and flower ministry leader is out of town. This person sends cards to those who are ill, hospitalized or have a death in their family. Sometimes there is a need for flowers or a plant to be sent. If you would be willing to fill in as needed please call or text Valerie Ritchie (817-760-1972).
