WELCOME to Cleburne Bible Church. If you haven’t made a decision to trust Christ as your personal Savior, our hope and prayer for you is that you will make that decision. “And this is the testimony, that God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.” (1 John 5:11-12)

OFFERING BOXES – are located at the front and side entrances to the building and just inside each door to the worship center. Online giving is also available, as is text giving.  For the phone number and/or directions, please click HERE, or you may pick up directions at the Kiosk.

BAPTISM – Will take place again on Sunday, January 13. If you desire baptism at that time, please call the church office to schedule an appointment with one of the pastors.

DISCOVERY CLASS – will introduce you to the mission, vision and values of CBC, as well as our history and the many ministries available to you. The class, which meets for 4 consecutive Sundays in Room 109 at 9:00 AM, is required for membership or if you desire to serve at CBC. If you are new here or have not been through the Discovery Class and would like to know more about CBC, sign up today at the kiosk and you will be added to the waiting list for the next available class sessions.


PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE – There is childcare today for ages 3 and under only. Ages 4 and up are to attend family worship with their parents.


Also, please note that our SUNDAY MORNING MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASS will take a 2-week break over Christmas. There will be no class today, (December 30).

HOLD THESE DATES! –  D-Now is scheduled for February 8-10. The theme is “Pursuit,” with a focus on God’s pursuit of us and the things we pursue that get in the way of our relationship with God.


THE CHURCH OFFICE – will be closed on Tuesday, January 1 for the New Year holidays. There will be NO evening events during the Holiday break from Christmas Eve through January 4.

END-OF-YEAR GIVING – We will accept end-of-year giving through Monday, December 31, 2018. That includes Online Giving, which will need to be completed by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2018, cash and/or checks. Mailed checks must have a 12/31/2018 Post Office Cancellation date. This is NOT a 12/31/2018 Postage Meter date; it must be cancelled by the Post Office on 12/31/2018.

LADIES, SAVE THE DATE – for new Bible studies beginning in January, with the Precept study beginning Thursday, January 17. Information on other studies will be available after Christmas. Watch the website for details.

MEN’S MINISTRY – launches the year with Men’s Bible studies on Wednesdays, beginning January 9, 7:00 PM. Pastor Dean will be leading a study in the book of James.
