Women’s Ministry

Our women’s ministry offers a variety of activities that meet throughout the month. There are opportunities to experience weekly Bible studies, relationships, social activities, occasional retreats and special events. Ladies, there is something here for everyone, regardless of your age. Information and details on all events are announced in our Sunday church bulletin, online church calendar, and through the CBC FaceBook page.

The Women’s Ministry Leader is Kathy Kunkel, KathyAKunkel@hotmail.com.

“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.”
Titus 2:3-5

Anchor of Hope – Widow’s Ministry

The real widow, left all alone, puts her hope in God. 1 Timothy 5:5
We have this hope as an anchor for our lives, safe and secure. Hebrews 6:19
Our purpose is to encourage, support and honor women who have lost their husbands due to death. Our goal is to connect with each widow on a consistent basis.
Please contact Linda Forsythe, 817-992-5248 or Kathy Stroud, 817-202-3357.
