Blessings, my name is Heather Smith.  I was raised in Joshua, Texas by my parents, James and Paula Heavin.  I was saved at age 7 and baptised at Cleburne Bible Church not long after.  Upon graduating from High School, I went on to Arlington Baptist College to not only receive my bachelor’s degree, but to meet and marry my best friend and hubby, Charlie Smith.  We together have 4 amazing and precious children:  Gabe, Abby, Myka and Beau.

     Ever since becoming a Mommy, I have known that each of my children were fearfully and wonderfully made.  They are each different and have different needs and personalities.  In learning about them, my husband and I have made it our goal to provide them a foundation that is centered in God’s Word and to teach them about His love each of them.  In working as Pre-School Children’s Minister, my passion is to take that same desire for my own family and pass it on to the children we come into contact with all week long.
